HAOWANG Platform Refund Policy

Effective Date: 23 March 2025

1. Scope

This Policy applies to any purchase of recharge services, gift cards and in-game currency made on HAOWANG (PC or mobile). By clicking "Confirm Recharge" or completing payment you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms herein.

2. Basic Principles

2.1 Virtual products are delivered instantly, cannot be recalled, and may be copied or consumed immediately. In accordance with applicable laws and industry practice, no unconditional refunds are provided.

2.2 If any circumstance listed in Section 4 ("Refundable Cases") occurs, we may, at our discretion, refund the net amount actually received by us (after deducting payment-channel fees, taxes and any promotional subsidies) to your original payment method or to your HAOWANG balance.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Currency/gift-card items that have arrived in or been used on the account;
  • Recharges sent to the wrong character, server or amount due to customer error;
  • Accounts suspended for violation of game or platform rules;
  • Abuse of system bugs, malicious refund claims, charge-backs, fraud or other improper conduct;
  • Recharges made through unofficial third parties, resellers or private trades;
  • Any other cases excluded by law or by this Policy.

4. Refundable Cases

  • Payment completed but currency not delivered within 30 minutes and our server logs confirm non-delivery;
  • Duplicate charging caused by platform technical failure;
  • Payment successful but order status abnormal, and platform verification shows the recharge failed;
  • Official game server shutdown, game removal or permanent account-server closure announced by the publisher, provided the recharge occurred within 7 days before the announcement;
  • Any other case where refund is required by law, regulation or competent court/administrative authority.

5. Application Procedure

a) Contact support: open a ticket in "Order Centre" or e-mail LHAOWANG96@outlook.com with order number, role ID, detailed issue description and evidence (screenshots/video).

b) Review time: we will complete initial verification within 3 business days; if an extension is needed we will notify you in advance.

c) Refund route: approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 1–7 business days; if the original channel does not support reversals, the amount will be credited to your HAOWANG balance for future use or withdrawal.

d) Notification: results will be sent by in-app message, SMS or e-mail; please keep your contact information valid.

6. Fees & Exchange Rates

6.1 Payment-channel costs are non-reversible; therefore the refund will be reduced by the relevant fee (approx. 0.6% - 3%, subject to the channel's rules).

6.2 For cross-border payments, the exchange rate on the date of the refund request will apply; HAOWANG bears no responsibility for foreign-exchange gains or losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with any refund decision, you may appeal to our support team. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, either party may bring proceedings in the competent court at the location of HAOWANG's operating entity.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or operational requirements. Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication and automatically supersede earlier versions; continued use of the recharge service constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
